Before Debris Removal After Debris Removal

Did you know?

All types of roofs require a certain degree of maintenance. Regular preventative maintenance provides building owners with the confidence of knowing they are taking a pro-active stance to problems rather than a reactive response to leaks. This program is intended to help eliminate premature roof damage and extend the life of the roof over time. An annual or bi-annual maintenance and repair program a great defense against the continuous deterioration that naturally occurs from extreme temperature fluctuations, traffic on the roof, and damage made during the installation of mechanical and other equipment.

Our program is designed to give back control to building owners and property managers by providing the following: inspection of roof drains, surfaces, and downspouts.  The program includes debris removal, repairs to minor visible penetrations, defects, and seams. We will also check flashings for any gaps or tears and inspect rooftop vents and parapet walls. Our expert technicians are trained to look for any signs of damage to the roof and pinpoint any potential problems.

A detailed inspection report with recommended long-term solutions along with photos of the roof for your review and records is a tool that can be used for budgeting purposes. Just like preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, when a roof system extends past the depreciated service life, the owner receives a return on their investment.

It is our goal at GC Roofing to help building owners maximize their investment by extending their roof system as long as possible.
